What is a poster?
A poster is an opportunity to present a short article and to bring this information or idea to the attention of the conference participants. It may be an overview of a topic, a problem, a question, a new treatment method, criticism or a case study. It may include text, drawings, photos or whatever you need to make your point.
The poster is not a shortened version of a conference talk (although those are acceptable). Posters are a free professional expression, less formal, more interactive, to present your research, data results or professional experiance, and may provoke argument. Your poster will be on view throughout the conference and will be exposed to all participants, visitors and the press.
Send us the content of your poster by e-mail: attach a PDF or DOC page with your article (or whatever you would like to show in the poster, including the photos). After its approval we will keep a place for your poster to be posted where all conference participants will have the opportunity to see it.
Do not forget to include in your poster your personal details and a short description of your professional background and experience.
Technical specifications for a Poster:
Maximum Dimensions: 150 Cm high * 90 cm wide
Plan your poster to be easily read at a distance of one to two meters.
Use letters of 3-4 cm high for the poster title.
The use of color is recommended.
